Refund policy
I take great pride in quality at Gwyllem and I love it when you're happy with your purchase. So if for any reason you find your purchase is not suitable I will assist you with an exchange or refund. Please email me at clare@gwyllem.com.au within 1 week of receiving your item(s). Return requests made outside this time may not be considered.

Invoice number
Items you would like to return
Reason for returning
Once I have confirmed whether your item(s) may be returned please ship within 7 days to the following address:

I ask that all return items be sent using a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. When exchanging for an alternative item(s), new shipping charges will apply for the item(s) chosen.
I can only accept goods returned in the proper condition set out below.

The item(s) have not been worn, washed soiled or damaged
In the case of faulty goods, no attempt has been made to repair the goods
Faulty Goods
I take great care to quality control all goods before they leave the Gwyllem studio. Please inspect goods upon receipt. If you receive a faulty product, please notify me immediately. If the item cannot be exchanged due to limited stock, you will receive an online credit note or refund. In the case of faulty goods, Gwyllem will be responsible for all postage costs.
