Follow these steps
Email me as soon as you know you'll be returning or exchanging an item: clare@slowfashionaustralia.com.au
Our recyclable mailers have two sticky strips, so you can reuse the original packaging to send your item/s back.
Simply write our address Slow Fashion Australia, 52 Magellan st, Lismore NSW 2480 on the mailer we sent you and cross out the original label.
If you're eligible for FREE RETURNS I'll send you a shipping label to print at the post office.

Exchanges
When exchanging for an alternative item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility if order is $149 or less
Trying on
If you're trying on garment many times to decide, we really appreciate removing perfume and making sure the items stay away from surfaces with animal hair.
Terms & conditions
The garment must not have been worn or laundered.
In the case of a faulty garment, no attempt has been made to repair it.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded if order was not above $200.
Any garments received outside the 30 day period may not be refunded.
